3. Hair & Makeup Assistants

• Support professional hair and makeup artists

• Keep workstations clean and organized

• Help models stay on schedule for hair and makeup

4. Stagehands

• Assist with setting up and breaking down stage elements

• Ensure props and decorations are properly placed

• Manage lighting and sound cues as needed

5. Model Wranglers

• Keep track of models and their runway lineup order

• Make sure models are ready on time

• Guide models from backstage to the runway entrance

6. Ushers & Guest Services

• Greet and direct guests to their seats

• Answer questions and provide general event information

• Assist VIPs and special guests as needed

7. Check-In & Registration Volunteers

• Manage guest and media check-ins

• Distribute event programs or seating assignments

• Handle ticket verification and wristbands

• Deliver messages and items between departments

• Assist with last-minute tasks and errands

• Be on standby for any unexpected needs
